Error Proofing By Design

 

Spring tension on these wrenches can be reduced without the wrench falling out of tolerance. The solidly dimensioned torque spring is the core heart of this outstanding wrench. When the set torque is reached, the spring is compressed slightly and the low-wear pawl link releases the tool tang.

Beyond 200 Nm capacity interchangeable heads with 3 7/8" common center line are to be used. In case of using differing center lines the scaling must not be used! In such case the wrench has to be calibrated accordingly.

The requirements and verification procederes of the DIN EN ISO 6789 are valid for a measuring range from 20% to 100% of the rated capacity (maximum value). The effective span of a torque tool may differently begin lower.
