Pokayoke Torque Wrench with Limit Switch Output to Eliminate Missed Tightenings

Adjustable clicker type torque wrench with limit switch output and durable curly cord. Upon reaching the set torque, the torque wrench "clicks" to complete tightening while the limit switch simultaneously sends out a contact signal. Signals from a limit switch are captured on a programmable logic controller (PLC) or similar device to establish a Tightening Assurance System using assembly line interlock controls.

The ratchet head has 24 teeth with a 15 degree operating range, allowing for use in space-limited working conditions. A clear “Click” sound signals tightening completion upon reaching the set torque.

This wrench type is a combination of preset and adjustable type torque wrench. They are equipped with a torque scale but to change the set torque an auxiliary tool is required, making inadvertent changes to set torque difficult during a tightening operation. This effectively prevents human errors. The aux key for torque adjustment is a standard accessory.

  - For tightening count verification, and production management. Connected with LS type torque wrenches, CNA4-mk3 establishes error-proofing system.
  - Up to four LS torque wrenches can be connected, and each can be set with a different number of bolts to tighten. So up to four operators can perform tightening tasks at the same time.
  - Bolt counting can be set 0-99 pcs for each torque wrench, and count down upon receiving a signal.
  - OK/NG judgement signal can be transferred to external device through relay output.
