Digital Torque Screwdriver with Angle Detection
The all-new STC3-G measures both peak tightening torque and final rotation angle to improve fastening reliability in low-torque assembly and inspection applications. Torque-and-angle monitoring helps detect abnormalities such as double tightening and insufficient rotation caused by galling or seizure. Its slim design, high-visibility OLED display and 360-degree LED notification ring provide clear, immediate operator feedback.
Selectable Tightening Mode and Inspection Mode support production fastening, retightening inspection and breakaway torque inspection. Programmable upper and lower limits for torque and angle provide automatic Pass/Fail judgement.
Multicolour 360-degree LED ring and buzzer provide visible and audible pre-alarm, tightening-complete and OK/NG notification. High-visibility OLED display shows torque, angle, memory number, battery status and Bluetooth connection status. Reversible measurement display supports comfortable viewing in different working positions.

- Model-specific torque accuracy is ±1% or ±2%, depending on the measurement range; angle accuracy is ±2° + 1 digit.

- Automatic memory/reset, auto-zero, auto power-off and over-torque alarm functions help simplify operation and protect the sensor.
