World’s First Titanium Torque Wrench

About half the weight of a standard torque wrench. Applicable where ordinary torque wrenches are difficult to use because of weight, e.g. suitable for overhead working conditions with large torque requirement.

The ratchet head has 24 teeth with a 15 degree operating range, allowing for use in space-limited working conditions. A clear “Click” sound signals tightening completion upon reaching the set torque.

Tamper Resistance

The pre-lock version is actually a combination of preset and adjustable type torque wrench. It is equipped with a torque scale but to change the set torque an auxiliary tool is required, which makes it difficult for unauthorised or inadvertent changes to set torque. This effectively prevents human errors during the tightening process. The aux key for torque adjustment is a standard accessory.

Data according to specifications by the manufacturer. It is recommended to primarily use in moderate performance range (approx. 1/3 to 4/5 of rated capacity). If you regularly worked close to the limit of load (max capacity), a larger model or tool might be more advisable.

The TiQL/TiLQL/TiEQL(E) series are compliant with ISO 6789:2017 starting January 2022. Calibration Certificates will be different from older products.
