Tohnichi NTD torque screwdrivers are used for repetitive tightening to a preset torque in mass production and maintenance. The preset design is ideal for use with fixed torque values in production lines. Commercially available standard 1/4 inch hex bits can be used (E 6.3).

Like RNTD but with a click signal instead of the slip clutch. Ideal for applications that are sensitive to vibration and where rotary clutch vibrations might be problematic.

NTD is preset, so you cannot adjust the torque without a tester. If you prefer a torque setting before delivery, please specify the torque value when ordering (e.g. NTD60CNX45CNM). Ex-works torque adjustment before delivery is free of charge.

Data according to specifications by the manufacturer. It is recommended to primarily use in moderate performance range (approx. 1/3 to 4/5 of rated capacity). If you regularly worked close to the limit of load (max capacity), a larger model or tool might be more advisable.

Note: Model 120CN and 260CN come with resin handle, models 500CN and 1000CN come with an aux handle.
