Tohnichi CSP / CSP-MH Preset Torque Wrench
Interchangeable Head Preset Clicker Torque Wrench
The small CSP6D is a torque wrench that is useful in confined spaces where swing arcs and width and height restrictions would otherwise prevent tightening operations. The slimmer body, smaller head and just half the swing angle greatly decrease tool obstruction. This permits torque operations in confined spaces that were impossible to tackle before.
Slim pressure bar and partial knurled finish provide visual and touch aids for accurate positioning. If torque wrench force is not applied at the proper position correct torque will not be detected. Internal linking design has been improved, offering an easily recognizable clicking sound when set torque is reached. The responsive clear click improves tightened-to-completion sensation.
QH6D and SH6D series interchangeable heads have significant smaller exterior dimensions than 8D series. Ratchet head QH6D uses 48-tooth gear. This prevents failed ratcheting due to half the conventional swing arc (7.5°), and offers rapid tightening.
Ordering Notes
- CSP6D is preset, so a tester is required when setting the torque. When ordering, be sure to specify required operating torque:

Specification as stated by manufacturer. It is recommended to use in moderate performance range (approx. 1/3 to 4/5 of rated capacity). If you were to regularly work at the tool’s capacity limit, a larger model would generally be the better option.
