The Yokota controlled tightening system consists of the YETC-700A controller, TKa impulse wrench, solenoid valve for compressed air control and other optional system components.

2 tools (TKa Series) can be connected and operated simultaneously. 20 work groups are available per 1 tool. MMI by Touch screen panel 7”. Memory contains up to 100.000 tightening results, can contain up to 50 waveform data and 50 Dynamic torque data. Also setting changes history and error information is stored in memory.

The programmable monitoring of bolt groups allows changing from group to group without operating the control unit. Control by external signals is also possible, e.g. by socket spanner change box. Thus, the Yokota control unit YETC-ER fully supports the integration into a Poka Yoke system: accept zero faults, produce zero faults, pass on zero faults.
